| Disabled
access
Reduced rates for both handicapped visitors (carrying a disabled
card) and for persons assisting them. Disabled persons in wheel
chairs or with mobility difficulties can use elevator access to
the first and second floors. For security reasons, they will not
be allowed access to the top of the Tower.
