SEVERAL TIPS FOR ONLINE RESERVATION PURCHASES

- First select the date, the floor and the number of persons in your group
- The times of visit available and corresponding to your request appear in green
- The free accompanying person tickets will be automatically generated
- Please verify your demand before payment. No modifications will be permitted after validation of payment.
- Payment by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)

RESERVATION PICK-UP

- You can opt for a group e-ticket to be printed by you or collect your tickets pick-up at the group counter
- A confirmation email will be sent to you after finalisation of your order
- Ticket pick-up at the group counter is possible directly after order validation and up to the hour of visit (tickets can be sent to you, shipping costs are payable by visitors for a visit due in more than 15 days)
- Payment receipt is always available from your client account on our reservation website
- The confirmation email should be presented in order to pick-up your order.
